max. depth 2,000 m.

The optical SST-DO sensor is an oxygen meter for the underwater operation down to 2,000 m.

The optical sensor measures the partial pressure of the dissolved oxygen in liquids and gases. The measuring principle is based on red light excitation and lifetime detection in the near infrared spektrum using luminescent oxygen indicator.

The sensor includes a built-in temperature compensation.
