Sea & Sun Technology GmbH has has a new shareholder from China. The new partner ZHONGHUAN TIG is a Chinese state owned enterprise with nearly 1.000 employees and part of the ZHONGHUAN Group of 150.000 employees. They bought a strategic share of 20%. ZHONGHUAN TIG is already active in the market of meteorology and ocanography but concentrates mainly on business automation. A mutual Joint Venture in Tianjin is currently in preparation. It will be established to serve the strong demand from China to monitor and improve water quality in sweet water, wastewater and in the oceans. Here you can find….
