A piezo-resistive full bridge in OEM version with a diameter of 15 mm and a total height of 6 mm is used as pressure transducer. The casing and diaphragm are made of Hastelloy.The transducer is delivered with a small SMD-PCB and includes a temperature compensation of the pressure measurement. The sensor is mounted in the base of the probe.
